Dr. Jeremy Theal
Co-Founder and Board Member

Dr. Theal is a seasoned physician leader with a demonstrated track record of transforming healthcare at the organizational, provincial, and national levels. Dr. Theal played a key role in bringing Agentplus to life.

He is currently the Chief Medical Information Officer at Alberta Health Services where he leads the implementation of a province-wide clinical information system supporting 4.5 million residents across more than 800 facilities—one of the largest initiatives of its kind in North America. He holds an MD from the University of Toronto, with fellowships in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Therapeutic Endoscopy.

Hamid Arabzadeh
Co-Founder and Board Member

Mr. Arabzadeh is Chairman and CEO of Ranovus, a leader in photonic interconnect solutions for AI/ML, which he founded in 2012.

Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of CoreOptics, acquired by Cisco in 2010. He also held senior leadership roles at Nortel Networks, serving as VP & GM of its Metro Optical business, and was President of UNICAD in Montreal.

He holds a B.A.Sc. from University of Waterloo in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MBA from McGill University.

Marc Holtenhoff
Co-Founder

Mr. Holtenhoff is a seasoned entrepreneur and CEO at venture-backed technology companies for over 20 years. Before co-founding Motive Health, he successfully headed up enterprise software companies 1GlobalPlace and Aimetis.

Mr. Holtenhoff started his career in various sales and marketing management positions at the Xerox Corporation and holds a master’s degree in economics and business administration from the Copenhagen Business School.


Crystal Le
Operations

Mrs. Le has been an integral part of the organization since its inception, playing a key role in building and sustaining a seamless OHIP billing experience for physicians. She brings more than 15 years of hands-on OHIP billing expertise.

Mrs. Le earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from the University of Toronto and began her career in the Emergency Department where she spent five years building strong relationships with physicians and gaining insight into how they think, work, and manage the demands of clinical practice.

Mrs. Le has a strong operational mindset and a deep understanding of clinical workflows allowing her to ensure the application runs efficiently and reliably. She has a unique blend of clinical, administrative, and health informatics experience allowing her to bridge the gap between frontline care and backend operations.

Mrs. Le oversees the performance and stability of the platform, proactively troubleshooting issues and ensuring billings are transmitted accurately. She manages both first- and second-level rejections with precision by teaching physicians how to navigate complex billing requirements. Known for her forward-thinking approach, she continually provides strategic updates and innovative ideas to enhance the application and improve the user experience.

She also holds an MOA Degree as well as a Health Informatics Certificate from George Brown College. Mrs. Le’s leadership and dedication to operational excellence along with a genuine understanding of the realities of modern medical practices helps drive Agentplus’ reliability, efficiency, and continued evolution.


Gregg Mattinson
Technical Lead

Mr. Mattinson is a seasoned software developer with over 20 years of experience building scalable, reliable, and user-focused software solutions. A graduate of the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Computer Science, he combines deep technical expertise with a strong commitment to engineering excellence.

Mr. Mattinson’s passion for technology — paired with his strategic thinking and hands-on experience — makes him a valuable asset in any software development organization.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mattinson has worked across the full software development lifecycle — from requirement discovery and architectural design to implementation, deployment, and ongoing optimization. His technical background spans C++, C#, Java, desktop, mobile, and he is known for writing clean, maintainable code that solves real business problems.

In addition to individual contributions, Mr. Mattinson has played a key leadership role on engineering teams. He has successfully managed and mentored teams of 10+ developers, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and a high standard of quality in delivery.


Marion Clarke
Account Manager

Mrs. Clarke is a highly accomplished healthcare administration professional with more than two decades of experience in medical billing, office management, bookkeeping, and clinical support. Mrs. Clarke has built a career defined by operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and exceptional support to physicians and healthcare teams.

Mrs. Clarke earned her Business Degree from Okanagan University College, strengthening her financial and business expertise. She later completed her Ophthalmic Assistant Diploma at SAIT University and her Medical Office Assistant Diploma at Vancouver Community College.

Mrs. Clarke is recognized for her precision, organizational excellence, and strong relationship-building skills. Mrs. Clarke started her role at Motive Health in 2020.

She manages end-to-end medical billing operations with a strong focus on compliance with provincial standards, including OHIP requirements. In this role, she oversees remittance inquiries, resolves complex payment rejections, and ensures billing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

As a liaison for physicians, she leads onboarding initiatives and provides ongoing support to minimize disruptions and enhance practice performance. Mrs. Clarke also collaborates closely with IT teams to troubleshoot application-related billing concerns, contributing to improved system reliability and reduced downtime. In addition, she oversees accounting functions and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting and streamlined operations.

Mrs. Clarke’s educational background highlights her dedication to continuous growth and professional versatility. With experience spanning clinical settings, private practices, and remote healthcare operations, Mrs. Clarke brings a unique blend of financial insight, administrative leadership, and hands-on healthcare expertise to Agentplus.
